1. Appointment Cancellation

a. Notice Period

Patients are requested to provide advance notice of any appointment cancellation. The notice period required for different types of appointments is as follows:

– Consultation Appointments: At least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
– Procedure or Treatment Appointments: At least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

b. Cancellation Process

To cancel an appointment, patients should contact our clinic through our designated communication channels, such as phone or email. Please provide your name, appointment details, and the reason for cancellation.

c. Late Cancellations or No-Show

Appointments canceled after the specified notice period or no-show appointments may result in a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with preparing for the appointment.

2. Refund Policy

a. Consultation Fees

– Consultation fees paid in advance may be eligible for a refund if the appointment is canceled within the specified notice period.
– No refunds will be provided for consultations that occur as scheduled.

b. Procedure or Treatment Fees

– Procedure or treatment fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided, regardless of the outcome.
– In exceptional circumstances or due to medical reasons, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Aveta IVF’s medical team.

c. Refund Processing

– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [number of days] of the cancellation or refund request approval.
– Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Exceptions

– In the event that Aveta IVF cancels an appointment or procedure for any reason, a full refund of fees paid will be provided to the patient.
